Job Title: Account Executive

Company: Trazval

Job Overview: Trazval, a leading B2B sales solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will leverage your technical background and understanding of cutting-edge technologies to develop new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for and identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities, with a particular focus on technical B2B clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific technical needs and exceeding their expectations, especially regarding Catalect's AI/ML/PM offerings.
  • Qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, and delivering compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition in addressing clients' technical challenges.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring all contracts are signed and onboarded smoothly.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas for the Catalect project.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Working effectively with internal Trazval teams, including sales development representatives, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field/ BBA preferred (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or a related field (preferred).
  • 1.5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the AI/ML/PM space or a similar technical field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales cycle management, and closing techniques within the technical sales space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex client needs, particularly regarding their technical challenges, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex AI/ML/PM concepts into actionable solutions for clients.
  • Prior closing experience in the AI/ML/PM industry a highly-preferred qualification.
  • Understanding of consulting practices a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Entry Level

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting activities.
